We use a range of trusted couriers for delivery (including Australia Post and other national carriers). If you would like your order left at your address without signature on delivery, please specify this in the comments section of your order; otherwise, a calling card or delivery notice will be left to arrange re-delivery or collection. Please note that requesting items to be left unattended waives any included insurance on the goods.

Our website is kept as current as possible. From time to time, goods ordered online may not be in stock in our store. We will procure the items as soon as possible. If there is to be a delay we will advise you via email of the expected delivery date. If at this point you do not wish to proceed with the transaction we will refund the entire purchase amount without question.
Goods in stock will be despatched by the next working day. As a general guideline, deliveries to the eastern seaboard should take 3-5 business days (express 2-4 business days), while in other states, regional areas and Western Australia, please expect between 5-14 days.
